We started Shaami Mediterranean Grill with a simple idea: serve the food we grew up loving, made the honest way, in a place where everyone feels welcome. Every dish that leaves our kitchen begins with fresh ingredients and recipes we hold close, so the flavors you taste in Pelham are the real thing, not a watered-down version of it.

Our menu gives you room to wander. Order a kabob grilled to order, or dig into a shawarma stacked and carved the traditional way. We slow-cook our lamb shank until it falls off the bone, fry falafel until it is crisp on the outside and tender inside, and whip our hummus and baba ghanoush fresh so they taste bright and smooth.
