Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://middleeasternrestaurantpelham.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Shaami Mediterranean Grill markets and arranges Kabob, Hummus, Shawarma, Lamb Shank, Falafel. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Site Content. Content displayed on https://middleeasternrestaurantpelham.com is the property of Shaami Mediterranean Grill or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Termination. Shaami Mediterranean Grill may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

No Warranties. Shaami Mediterranean Grill disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Shaami Mediterranean Grill arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shaami Mediterranean Grill from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of AL, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in AL.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
